MIZITHRA – ANTHOTIRO

Mizithra – anthotiro is a traditional type of cheese, which is made from sheep’s or goat’s milk and buttermilk with added
milk  

STAKA

It is a dairy product between cheese and yogurt with a small quantity of flour and intense milk flavor.

SFAKIAN PIE

Thin dough, kneaded with sour mizithra, baked in the pan. It is served with honey

AVGOFETA

Fried bread dipped in a blend of eggs and milk, sprinkled with honey and cinnamon

XIGALO

Xigalo is a cheese that has a yoghurt texture and a slightly sour taste. Produced by sheep’s milk or a mixture of goat’s
and sheep’s milk.

SYGLINO

Tender pieces of pork meat marinated in extra virgin olive oil and spices, naturally smoked in aromatic wood

APAKI

It is made from lean pork, marinated in vinegar, and smoked with herbs and wrapped with spices and herbs, giving it its
characteristic smoky, slightly sour, and aromatic taste

Omelette, which is made from tomato, feta, and eggs
