Ωραία δωμάτια, πεντακάθαρα, έχουν ότι μπορείς να χρειαστείς.Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι τόσο καλοί κ πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν ή να σε ενημερώσουν για τις καλύτερες επιλογές που μπορείς να έχεις για τις διακοπές σου!!!Περάσαμε υπέροχα!!!Επίσης επειδή είμαστε 5μελες οικογένεια το συστήνω σίγουρα.

We travelled to Ferma in September for a month of daily swimming for my rehabilitation following hip surgery. We were familiar with Ferma from previous visits, and chose the location for its amenities (Supermarket, and restaurants) and close proximity to the beach which we could enjoy without hiring a car to sit idle for a month. (*There is a car hire shop in the village where we hired a vehicle on a few occasions for visits to other areas).
We had the good fortune to find accommodation for the entire period at New Aurora Apartments. While planning our trip and considering my needs during recovery, we communicated with the proprietor, Antonis, several times. He was most helpful in the planning of our trip, and even organised transport from the airport for us.
The apartments and studios are comfortable, extremely clean and spacious. WiFi is very good. There is a busy road outside, but there is no noise inside the property. The rooms all have a large fridge, basic cooking facilities and equipment. The rooms on the first floor all have a balcony with sea view, and the downstairs rooms all have a spacious terrace – (also facing the sea) with seating and sun umbrellas.
What made our month so special was the proprietors – Antonis and Stella. We were made to feel like part of the family. Stella never stops! She organises the cleaning and linen changes, and often we would return to our room to find special seasonal treats – home grown olives, home made lemonade and even a plate of fabulous Greek snacks! Antonis is extremely helpful and after we pointed out a leak in our shower hose – it was replaced within the hour. They take great pride in their property and deserve the greatest of respect in the way they run the business and take personal responsibility for their guests safety and enjoyment. They both go “over and above” to keep guests informed of local events, provide information and assistance with anything, and to make guests feel at home.
We have been in contact since our return home, and will continue to keep in touch. They are truly warm, kind and lovely people. We will be returning next year to this wonderful property, and we look forward to meeting up with Stella and Antonis again.

We were 6 nights in the hotel.
The hotel was on te mainroad, but that wasn’t a problem.
3 restaurants on walking distance,1 little tavern/bar across the street, 1 supermarket nearby.
The room was superclean, the towels and bedsheets were changed more than enough .
From time to time a little gift /surpise, thank you Stella!
Kitchen was well equipped……..we had a wonderful time !

– Super friendly and polite stuff.
– Good location with taverns, a super market (3 min. by car) and a superb beach in walking distance.
– Calm and quiet even though it’s facing a street (but also the beach).
– Adequately equipped kitchen.
– Clean. – Good wifi speed (except for rush hours).

Πρόκειται για ένα από το εξαιρετικότερα ενοικιαζόμενα της περιοχής. Μένω αρκετά συχνά σε διάφορα ενοικιαζόμενα διαμερίσματα λόγω δουλειάς και πιστεύω ότι είναι το μοναδικό με τόσο καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Πολύ καθαρό μεγάλο δωμάτιο με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πάντα διαθέσιμοι για οτιδήποτε προκύψει. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Μας άρεσε η ευγένεια και το χαμόγελο με το οποίο μας υποδέχτηκαν, καθώς και το ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ευρύχωρο.
